Import Pedigree

To do this, create the desired pedigree on the QuickPed website (link here) or go to https://magnusdv.shinyapps.io/quickped/. In the bottom right corner, under the options for what the ped.file should include, make sure to check all the boxes: Headers, Family ID, and Affection status. Then, upload this file after selecting all the options marked with *.

The user has the option to use the Sample .ped file. After clicking the “Import .ped file” button and not selecting their own .ped file, they should click on “Use Sample .ped.”


Missing kit, population, or other data

It’s not possible to enter your own data, but you can contact us at peaternitas@gmail.cz with a request for data expansion. If possible, please also attach the DOI with the article containing the requested data.
